I've been taking Acnotin 10 for 2day & its is a powerful drug used in the treatment of acne. 4-5 months of isotretinoin treatment usually leads to clearing of acne for one year or more after the medicine is stopped. Most other acne-controlling medicines are antibacterial agents, which are effective only if the medicine is used daily.Isotretinoin has significant side effects: (percentages are the ratio of people who received the side-effect) Chapped lips 90%, dry skin and itching 80% - the use of daily alpha hydroxacids will help prevent this side effect. Dryness of nose, mild nosebleed 80%, Irritation of the eyelids and eyes 40% - Vitamin E 400 IU each day may lessen this side effect. Joint and muscle pains 15%, Temporary hair thinning 10%, Rash 7%, Intestinal symptoms 5%, Urinary symptoms 5%, Headache 5%, Increased sensitivity to sunburn 5%, Decreased night vision <1%, Depression, thoughts of suicide <1% Isotretinoin may increase the level of blood fats, sometimes to risky levels. Occasionally it may affect the liver. That's why regular blood tests are necessary when you are taking isotretinoin; these tests must be done when you have fasted for 12 hours (no breakfast), so that the blood fat determinations are reliable. A baseline blood chemistry test is established before patients start isotretinoin.

出门咯！A new day without a Dayjob is really damn relaxing.. Meeting up with Qingqing soon.. Best sister of all! & went to fair price to get some daily supply for myself ,like u guys know, I'm damn lazy to head out so brought lots of instant Maggie to keep save for my hungry stomach.. After eating the pill ytd for my face, indeed my lip become dry but I'm glad I did put on lip balm to lighten it.. And like the doctor said, no cream no sunblock expect powder is allow, I listen & it make my skin a little dry but I'm glad it actually control my oily problem.. Will see in this 2week if I get well, I suppose I will stick to dr chan. Visiting him in 2week time.. And on the way in cab to clementi to meet up with laoshi & gather our CNY gather night.. I'm glad that I don't have to apply alot of cream before I head out, just a powder & eye shadow plus blusher, this really lessen my precious time! Went dr chan clinic & spend less than a hundred with a facial wash & 3 oral medicine.. The medicine Eventually will cause lip dryness.. I'm told to only use the facial wash & go back to visit him in 2week time. I'll post up before & after photo if it really works for me. Stay tune..

Today's saturday! Must be a surprise that im updating my blog on a afternoon sat, no work no date. Just a rest day for me. Intended to do nail today but cause joan is sick so changed tml, will updated my blog with my beautiful acrylic nail when im done ^^ & yes its leopard print! If some might not know, im a leopard freak! Even my pillow is leopard. All sort of leopard print u can think of, be it ugly, nice, old or messy one. I love it alot! Last fri went took costume from maggie & wore it ytd, its abit tight for me, i didnt intend to change it, i decided to have a big DIET for me. Starting from fews week back i already cut on regard my dieting. Eating less & i decreased to 1meal perday. Today woke up whole day havent start having any meal. Will hang it on with my medicine & plain water! I know it wrong by doing so, but i have no choice. And by making myself busy could let me forget all about food! Days passed fast & next saturday im heading back to Indonesia for CNY. Will be spending there for about 5days. Booked my Rebonding & colouring of my hair over there on the 21st, hurruyyy.....cant wait to go ther!!! & im still thinking of whether to had my hair cut short or just cut off the black hair behind.. Give me some comment if you all have (: Anyway that all for today, i have to get busy with my Secret* stuff.. Bye ~

My acne have slowly recovering from doctors medicine & if I use it faithfully I'm sure it will be better when new year come!! As for the trouble about my acne, I have cut on regarding my diet. No junks, snacks, coffee ,soda...etc.. Its all easily attract acne to come. & reading more on healthy life. I can say, last time I don't usually read about health, recently because of acne, it really change my view of more knowledge is needed. & by controlling diet, it really reduce acne attack. 2more week before Chinese new year arrive. Time for some dress up & take good care of myself before I get sick. Recently I've gain some weight so it's time to eat lesser rice, I hope it really help as I'm alway hungry most of the time. In the past I don't drink water, now water seem to be my lover. I drink at least 3bottle of water per day, it really make a big change compare to the past that I often don't drink any drop of water. It do more or less help to keep u healthy. U won't see any change in just 1day, I practice a good way of drinking everyday & I'm still eating medicine of all vitamin to prevent getting any more serious break out on my face. And as usual working t Suntec, I left a few more week before in finding for others job. I have serious plan for future so im still tinking of some path to work on my career. I'm alway stress over certain thing so perhap acne also cause by the reason. I use to stay out late with clique but recently I actually Realise I need to have Enuf sleep, at least 8hr before I get to work in the next morning. I wish u have more time to do my jogging daily. But it's alway not enuf ): just do my best & not stressing out plus staying healthily! All The best!

Enjoyed 2day of weekend & finally back to work as usual. Working as beauty promoter will end at the end of jan. Hopefully to get another job, because it's really tiring working so far. Midnight pass. Couldn't get to sleep @ this time, miss out countdown with my clique as they are alrdy @ town & I'm damn lazy to go down myself. Later still have chalet to attend, so this 1st day of 2012 spending at my little room. Took a day off on 2nd to rest! No work. Most likely might be staying over @ chalet. Well. A new year to begin. I must throw away all the past memories, it's time for a new collection of memories. The good stay & the bad leaves. My mind often stuck at the point of time when I cry so badly that day. But without flashing back, I wouldn't know I'm actually so silly! Life isn't about 2, but in life it's about how u facing it yourself. Time for a new year, time for a new start. 9mths have pass & it's shouldn't b continue anymore. I've much more ting to attend to. Should just stop wasting my time over unpleasant stuff. The brand new starting is here! Recall back about ytd, shopping with the accompany of Nigel doraemon, we went into coach shop & I eyeing for that pink coach hand bag!! Super nice! It have been so long since i actually sit down to update my blog with words. This time round when i logged in on my PC i saw comment on cbox, expecting to be a spam, i dont know whether im dreaming or not that u actually commented. Well. If it real, i will tell u i miss you too, but if it spam, i will still repeat the same answer. There's no need for me to hide my feeling toward you & every single of my blog reader. Anyway i have been actually working quite lately recently @ suntec. Lack for sleep & been getting very serious about my future plan. In this 2012 starting ,2 year time down the road, i'm working hard for it, my goal & my dreams. I will kept it a secret for time been, as i doesnt wish anything to stop me from walking on to my dreams, whether it success in 2years time or not, it doesnt matter, it only matter that i actually did try my very best. Jiayou for me & jiayou for you! Alway supporting you no matter what the result finalist to be. 1-2 more day to the year of 2012, New goal, new dream, new target! To get on moving is to move on instead of looking back. I seriously realised it only after i sitted down to see & heard it myself. Life have to be changed for ourself, and not for others. Im glad i meet you once, im glad i meet fren thats is there to be with me. Dues to working on 31st, advance celebrating of countdown tml, 30th with Jack & Nigel, might be out for dinner & movies after my work.
